Product-specific compliance documentation (specifications, packaging data, and applicable declarations) is provided per enquiry once confirmed for the specific item and destination. We do not publish blanket certification claims on this site.

Privacy notice

Who we are. Mayomind (Xi'an) Import & Export Co., Ltd. ("we"), Xi'an, China. Contact: hello@mayomind.com.

What we collect and why. When you submit the contact form we process the details you enter (name, company, email, country, product interest, message), the page you sent it from, the time of submission and a hashed form of your IP address (for abuse prevention). We use this solely to answer your enquiry and to prepare a quotation. Legal basis (GDPR / UK GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and (f)): steps at your request prior to a contract, and our legitimate interest in preventing abuse.

Where it goes. Your enquiry is emailed to our mailbox (hosted by Microsoft 365) and stored in our enquiry database (hosted by Volcengine, Beijing, China, on our own account). Our website is hosted by Hostinger. Transfers outside the EU/UK rely on standard contractual clauses or your explicit request for a quotation. We do not sell or share your data for advertising.

Retention. Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months after our last exchange unless a business relationship follows, in which case they are kept as part of our commercial records.

Your rights. You may request access, correction, deletion or restriction, or object to processing, by emailing hello@mayomind.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Cookies. This site sets no tracking cookies. If we enable analytics, we use a cookieless, privacy-preserving service and will update this notice.
